It is saying that education is not a short and it takes time to finish. Just like a marathon, education takes a long time to finish because you need to finish from k-12 and then into college.

If you would like improvement for something dont wait for some one to speak up, speak up for your self. Its better for you to stand up for what you believe is right. Not every one has the same thoughts. For example if someone is doing something immoral but  no one does anything but you find it wrong you have to speak up for it.

It means that if you do good stuff you wont feel the guilt of dong wrong & the feeling of fear of being caught. If you CTR you wont get in trouble for doing so but if you CTW you will get caught and in trouble.

"Keep your eyes on the prize"

It means to never give up on accomplishing something because it seems too hard to accomplish because the prize at the end of the hard work is worth it. Never give up on anything because the success of accomplishing your goal is worth it. Some examples are education and Choosing the Right.

"You make you habits and you your habits make you"

Doing stuff repeatedly will make it become a habit and your habits define you as a person. If you do something wrongful and it becomes a habit it then make you a bad person in character. If you choose the right it becomes a habit and you will become a good person in character.
