It means that if you do good stuff you wont feel the guilt of dong wrong & the feeling of fear of being caught. If you CTR you wont get in trouble for doing so but if you CTW you will get caught and in trouble.

We should follow the rules no matter what. The rules are rules and they are ment to be followed. You have your right to disagree but you still need to follow them. If you choose the wrong you become a failure. If you choose the right you become a successful person.

It is saying that we should make dangerous things like drinking alcohol and smoking unpopular. We should also make stuff like studying popular. We should make CTR popular and not CTW. 

"American Idol" Contestant Disqualified

I think Jermaine Jones should have been given a second chance if he actually did reveal his criminal record. But instead he chose to hide it and he suffered the consequences of CTW. If he chose not to fight in the the first place he would have never been disqualified from "American Idol". If he wouldn't have CTW he could have been showing off is talent to the world but now he can't. Its sad because he could have probably won but due to his criminal record he cant participate.
